Camino de Santiago

What’s on the books? Hiking the Camino de Santiago of course! We are joining our 4th adventure with Jeni’s Global Yoga Trips hiking 108 kilometers from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela home of the Catedral de Santiago de Compostela. More on this adventure in September when we start the trip to Lugo a historic city in Galicia and travel to Sarria to meet with Jeni’s Global Yoga Trips owned by Jeni and Rocky Martinez.

Costa Rica, Central America

My niece Heather and I are taking a bird watching adventure to Costa Rica. We will be visiting three ecosystems (the Caribbean Foothills, middle elevation cloud forest and the Pacific lowlands)during our guided trip. More to follow in late October of 2026.

Thailand, Asia

Aaron and I traveled to Thailand in 2014 and I have wanted to go back and spend more time ever since our first trip to Thailand followed by Cambodia to Angkor Wat in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

Birding in South Africa

In October of 2023 I went with a birding group out of South Africa called Rock Jumper (aptly name after the bird found in South Africa) The trip was to Costa Rica and my eight companions were all wonderful. I am considering a trip to South Africa with the same group and then going to Zambia where my niece Holly and her family live.
